| Our collaboration with Feed The Children began with our first product
Dewey Doo-it Feeds a Friend, a 32-page picture book for children. The last page of the book tells the story of Larry and Francis Jones and how they started
Feed The Children. |

| The following year, we were commissioned by
Lord & Taylor Department Stores to create a special Christmas book to benefit Feed The Children. It was sold in all 54 of the Lord & Taylor stores during the 2005 holiday season. Proceeds from this book benefitted the survivors of Hurricane Katrina.
Dewey's Magical Sleigh, a 32 page picture book, also included a CD with narration by actor and New Orleans resident
John Goodman.

| A
sing-a-long CD was then produced with 12 original songs performed by The Helpful Doo-its. This was followed by a coloring book based on the story and then a customized

plush toy produced by
Gund. |
